How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Average turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the second payment unless told otherwise. There is a waitlist and the turnaround time may be extended depending on how many orders are ahead of you. If you need your shoes by a certain date, please contact me at least 2 months in advance. Turnaround time can be adjusted for a separate fee.
Is my design unique?
All shoes are made to order, meaning they are unique and bring your vision to life in a wearable form of art. Once you send me your initial ideas, we will collaborate an initial rendition of your vision. There will be two additional opportunities to make revisions. Any additional revisions may be discussed for an additional fee.

The total cost will be discussed upon inquiry. It includes the cost of the shoe and custom design. A more accurate quote will be given once your design has been further collaborated. An option to provide your own, new, unworn zapato is available. Designs typically begin at $250 for a Nike AF1.

Payments are in two steps: the initial deposit and the final payment.
1. The initial payment is the cost of the zapato plus taxes. If providing your own zapato, the initial deposit is half the quote.
You will now be "in line"!

2. I will notify you two weeks before I start your shoes, and the 2nd payment will need to be paid off within those two weeks. If you are unable to make your 2nd payment within those 2 weeks, your place in line will be pushed back to the end of the line and I will move on to the next order. If you do not make the payment within 4 weeks, your initial deposit will be forfeited.

By this point, I have already spent time discussing your design with you, coming up with your sketch, purchasing your zapato, and taken physical preparation steps on the shoe itself to create your unique therefore, your deposit / blank shoe if applicable, cannot be refunded.
